Perfect and amazing location for visiting restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. The attached restaurant is very nice which serves excellent food.

Great deal with nice inexpensive rooms that have all the necessary facilities, big windows that let in lots of light, and private bathrooms. Super convenient location right by the center 🌟.

Enjoyed a 3-night stay here and it was a nice experience. the rooms were cozy, affordable, and equipped with good amenities including spacious bathrooms and a large window that let in plenty of natural light. 🌟.

This place offers friendly staff, good food, a comfortable triple room with a big outside window, and a top location by the airport.

I had an amazing stay at Rustambey House! The owners were great too make me feel comfortable, even offering me a free lunch as a welcome gift. The location is unbeatable, with just a 2-minute walk to the wall entrance. There are also great food options and a supermarket just minutes away. The room was clean and the chef, who I believe is the owner too, served me the best breakfast I've had in Uzbekistan. Despite some minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this small guesthouse in Khiva and got great value for my money. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, just minutes away from the old city. The staff treated me like family, especially the older man who didn't speak English but still made sure I had a really good breakfast every morning!

I recently stayed at Rustambey House for a few nights while visiting the old city. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the west gate of the old city. The owner, who also happens to be the Chef, served me a delicious vegetarian breakfast. The room was comfortable and had AC, ensuring a pleasant sleep. The owner even helped arrange a taxi ride for me, saving me some hassle. a great experience.

Can recommend this hotel.
